I’ve come to know Andrew Matthews when I first read BEING HAPPY back in college, one of his most famous books. I have all three by the way including FOLLOW YOUR HEART and MAKING FRIENDS. This particular one, HAPPINESS NOW, is like a summary of all those three. All the principles I learned about living a healthy, happy, prosperous life, achieving the career of your dreams, obtaining peace of mind, etc. — all these things are put into several cohesive and creative nutshells for better and simpler understanding. Basically, it taught me  three things:

Love MBT’s and have several pair and a husband who wears MBT’s exclusively. We both know the benefits, but the womens styles being so different one from another are sometimes extremely difficult to fit. This is my 3rd attempt at a fit for this and the Fior styles. I have small feet but like more room in the toe area than what MBT shoes offer, so I contacted the company for help finding a style that has it. The Sport 2 definitely has more toe room but the shoe is VERY wide although it runs short as they all do. I went up 1/2 size from my normal but they were huge on me so I sent them back and got my normal size and they are too short! I’m not so sure I want to re-order the 1/2 size up as I would have to wear very thick socks and lace them together in order to get them to fit. In my opinion MBT needs to make some design changes in their shoes starting with more cushion, better arch support and better fit for sure not to mention better style!!
